I just realized I have been posting progress reports in the wrong forum, sorry about that.
I now have all 4 broken exhaust manifold bolts removed, without boogering any of the threads. I wasn't able to get all my parts (radiator hoses out of stock, ditto FL-1A) but my next step is to thoroughly clean and paint the engine, install my new ignition (and other) parts, and slap 'er back in to the truck. I can hear those open headers now...
