I wonder what's so special about that kit. I've had no problem using 68-up regulators in 67 doors and vice versa. Then again, he refers to a 67 'Frod' pickup so maybe he does have some rare item

I did a very close comparison of the '67 vs '68-up regulators and found them to be 100% identical in every respect. The handles would even interchange between the two. I don't know why they say modifications would be necessary for '68-up trucks.

Could it possibly have something to do with the knockout for the door handle on the 68-72 doors?
I've never taken apart one of these doors before, would the motor pass by there?

I know the local jy wants 20 per motor and i can get two way self centering switches for 10 a apice make the 150.00+ job sound like 60-80.00 tops if done right and done at home.
