Who would you all recommend for a driver & passenger side window roller mechanism?
Both mine are going and I thought I would just replace them both.

As far as I know, window regulators are one thing for our trucks that isn't being reproduced by any of the aftermarket companies yet. The last Dennis Carpenter catalog I have does list them, but says they're not available yet and are coming soon.
I believe your only option right now is to get some from the local salvage yard.
