Can a person put the newer rubber stips in the place of the window fuzzies on a 67?

I was just going to suggest that. It's a very good article. plenty of pics.
Here's a link to the online PDF catalog. The article starts about page 121.

I've got some good photos of the process but it likes like we still can't post images. It's pretty straighforward. The only difficult part is replacing the vent window gasket if you are going that far. It has some rivets that take a bit of doing to get in there. Good luck.

Thanks to all. I really do not desire to remove the vent windows and I though I could do this without removing the entire window.
Well, I quess that will lead to just replacing more stuff that I break....
Thanks

Hope it all works out. I like the disassembly a lot better than reassembly.

I believe ( look in the LMC catalog ) 69 was the last year the fuzzy wipers were used. Now, lets make sure we are talking about the same parts.....I am thinking of the wipers that are mounted at the bottom of the window opening. In the LMC catalog, 70 and up offer the rubber wipers. Othat than that, all parts are the same and interchange. Like I said, I believe this to be true.

LMC has both the fuzzy and the rubber parts listed in the book. It is a great reference....
