Car to truck parts that interchange
The plastic door handle cup on the Ranger interior is the same as the 68 and the 69 Fairlane and Torino.I think the arm-rests are the same also.

I had two Torinos,but it has been along time ago.I remember them being held on by the same three screws.I don't have any more Torino arm-rests to compare. Let's just say I'm 85% sure.

You're right about those plastic cups...You can find those in some of the Mercuries as well....The armrests were also used on vans into the 80's...I'm about 94% sure...

The late 60's-early 70's vans definitely have the same armrests, I got a great pair at the pull-a-part of a van. Only problem is they're green, so I'll need to dye them.
