instrument cluster benzel

I order new cluster benzel from Dennis Carpenter, the one I got is all plastic, its pretty and shiny but plastic :x
Is this normal? My origional is metal and painted.

the original ranger bezel was plastic it had a plastic strip igoing across the middle. the plain trucks got the metal bezel. the bezels can be changed though.

Look up in "search" F600 cluster/instrument panel. Pretty cool.
Theres a company on E-bay that makes different stick on faces for
the speedo and guages. I used to have the addys, but my pc crashed
and I lost all my stuff I had saved. Some of the guys on here might
shine some light on this. Their all good. 8)

thanks for advice, but I do not want a f660 cluster, just would like to have chrome and black metal origional, I plan on using dakota digital dash in the fututr.

If oyu order a new Dakota Digital it will come with a new cluster also. That is the good thing about it.

Really? I want to be clear, because I've only seen plastic versions. Mine's a '70, and was originally a Ranger. I'll be installing a new billet gauge panel in it, and if there is a metal version, I'd prefer to start with that.

So, just so I'm clear- a plain-jane 1970 will have metal instrument panel?

i dont want to say something wrong here but i do know that my 69 had a metal dash bezel and it was a plain jane model truck

plain jane metal upto 69 and plastic for 67- 72 if they are ranger

I was thinking it would be kool to have one made from diamond plate alumin??. This would be different and not very many people would have one.
