Installing a stereo

I actually think that any install kit for that year volvo will work. I bought a different brand kit for a '75 to '93 volvo and I am pretty sure it will be the same type of mounting.

I bought it from Fry's. The salesman told me it was a standard install kit. It consisted of a rectangular metal box with push tabs in it. I just marked the radio trim cover and cut it. I pushed in the "mounting box" that was in the install kit, pushed out the tabs, mounted the trim piece back in the dash. I then pushed the radio in the slot and bolted the flat bar (can't think of what it's called) to the back of the radio and the firewall to stabilize it. Instant radio.

I was so happy.

AUBREY, just for my interest how many watt is your system putting out ?P's. is that picture you , it reminds me of my old girl friend !
