Let me start off by saying that I have a 77 F100, but this is such a great site I just can’t stay away.
Any way I thought it would be cool to put a cluster from a 73-79 F600 in my 77, but every one I have come across has the 67-72 dash in it (HINT HINT ) . How ever if this is common knowledge please forgive for being a newbe
there are some of the newer ones out in a yard here in lubbock. I believe those might drop in, I have no Idea. I'm planning on getting one of the 67-72's , I could grab a 73-79 too.

The F600s used the '68-'72 style dash up all the way through '79, so you're not going to be able to find one to fit your existing dash. You'd have to pull your entire dash assembly out and fit the earlier style in. The '73-'79 dash assembly just unbolts from the cab shell (from what I've been told, I've never actually checked it out), but the '67-'72 style is welded in, with about a million spotwelds....so it would be a HECK of a job to do.

I don't want to give em a heart-attack. That is what would happen if I answered the door in the buff. Heck it almost scares me to death when I step out of the shower and look in the mirror.~Mancar1~
