Photo gallery disc space?

Post by 69rangerman »

I've been kinda goin crazy with the photos during the rebuild. Today I got a disc space exceeded message while uploading.

Is there a max number of photos to keep in mind? If so I can just delete and add new stuff. Not trying to use the site as a personal gallery-just like putting photos up that might show things not normally seen.

Thanks for any protocol recommendations - sorry if they are posted elsewhere and I haven't seen them yet.

We're fine on server space, so there's no problem with uploading as many pictures as you like, providing they're Ford-truck-related, of course. When I first set up the albums, I set the maximum disk usage fairly low until I could get an idea of what folks would actually use, but I see no reason why we can't bump that up a bit.

Therefore, I just doubled the amount of space that all members have available for their albums. :D

Thanks Keith. I'll start trying to rotate the stock just to keep it interesting.

460crew PM'd me and he gave me the idea of just posting with a link to a photobucket entire album if there are truck things others might like to reference.

I've benefitted so much from others on this site that you put together, I feel like I ought to reciprocate with reference photos of stuff I'm attempting.

Happy New Year!
