dash removal...

dash removal...
not sure if this belongs in wiring, or interior, but when you rewire the WHOLE truck, front to back, does the dash need to be removed? Im talking about the under-dash wiring and all that. I may take it out, to clean it up and re-prime it, but is it a necessity?

The dash doesn't come out...it's welded in.
