bypassing the high beem floor switch <HELP!>

It is most definitly the dimmer switch. Click it a few times and they stay on for awhile longer, before they flicker again.
So, I can bypass the dimmer switch without worry?

This thread did get kind of confusing. Dimmer switch: Yes, and make a jumper wire like I describe in my last post and you won't have to cut your wiring any.
