:eek: Who out there (suppliers) has the niceist vynil and cloth seat upholstry. I have looked at it all but would like to here from someone who has purchased one.

i had my seat redone by stylecraft in wichita. 150.00 back in 92 or 93

Check out Blue Oval Truck Parts. From what I've seen, it's alway less expensive to have the seat re-upolsterd.

I know it's been a while on this thread, but I stumbled across this and thought you might want to give it a glance... looks pretty nice to me! It's a seat rebuild, complete with fitted vinyl, hog ring pliers and hog rings. Only thing it doesn't include is additional foam and/or new springs.

Has anyone tried LMC? I was thinking about ordering their's, or are these better quality?

give me the part #. i'm going to try to make it down there this weekend, and i can have them pull it so i can look at it for you. of course i know nothing about seat covers, but i can give you my opinion on materials and construction.

I would say that all the companies like LMC, BOTP, and any of the others all the covers come from the same place. So teh quality should be the same from all of them. That is the way ours is here at Year One. We sell the same skins as NPD or Classic Industries.

Yeah, there are actually very few manufacturers of that type of thing.

i am going to have to redo my 67 ranger seat. this time the mofos will redo it to factory or i'm not going to let them do it. i'm just going with a local reuplostry shop.

:o Well the problem was that the 2 local shops that I trust wanted close to $700 to match the factory cover.....I can reupholster several times for that much, So if I could find a company that wants to reproduce these I would be more than willing to give it up to save some cash.....

i haven't forgontten about you slamons. i will get down to lmc hopefully next weekend if the kids stay healthy and the wife doesn't get called in to work. that is if you haven't already got your seat recovered. :D

Fellas, don't fret your pretty blue ovals, I tried posting some pics of my seat that I does myselfbut somthin ain't right with da system, it just wonna let me do it, anyways, I got away with 200.00 for a seat cover e-mail me an I'll shoots ya a pic.
