Is there any way, without cutting, to remove the dash from our cabs?

no there are welded in to the side of the cab and at the windshield underneath the dash.

Why do you ask?

You can drill out all the spotwelds, but man, that's a LOT of work. I did it once just to see how involved it was. In this pic you can see all the spotwelds that had to be drilled out along the front edge of the window channel, (from the front, after the windshield was removed):

Depending on ease of removal, I was considering removing it for convenience of rust inspection and repair. Doesn't look to be worth the work. Thanks Fordman and Keith.
