Anyone running leds for instrument lighting?
Hi I'm thinking about switching my dash lights to leds for a more custom look in my 72' F100. Has anyone tried this? Or at least know the factory bulb numbers that I can cross reference to find the right leds for my dash? Thanks, Brandon

When I was in Autozone, they had LED replacement bulbs that were direct plug-in replacements for the 194's that are used in the 72 panels. It said 12v... the only thing I noticed is they were "amber".
They were a bit pricy, comparatively, but would those not work? I wondered when I saw them.
Check these out...

They also have 194 bulbs in colors and in Xenon "super-white" incandescent that look pretty cool.

Thanks guys, those xenon's are pretty slick...here is the link I just used, a lot better on pricing, but shipping is 5.00 so buy a bunch for the whole truck. I'll post pics and info as soon as I get them installed, thanks for the help!
