I have a old book here somewhere but this was the only one I could find with a decent number of trucks on it.

I remember in 1968 or 69 a pretty bad hailstorm came through Rapid City and hailed on a bunch of new Fords. They cost around $26-2700 and they would discount off 1/3 from the hail damage as a down payment. So you could buy a brand new pickup for around $1800.
