Just to clarify how this switch works. Its only there to register how full the tank selected is, correct? It does not actually switch to that tank. That's reserved for the floor diverter next to the driver?
Also, I have 3 tanks. was this a standard option for the '67 250?
I don't know if my tank selector switch it original, but it seems to work well and is nicely mounted. I need to get fuel in the 2 side tanks to verify for sure. The selector switch for the fuel looks original and clearly states MAIN, LEFT, RIGHT.
Also, does anyone know the capacity of all 3 tank? I assume the left and right hold the same being symmetrical. This should either make me happy when fuel prices drop.... or concerned that you may need that much gas.
Thanks, and as you can tall based on all the posts I'm making tonight I have tomorrow off with the intention of working on my truck
Thanks for all the replies!

re: Gas tank selector Switch
Well, around 20/30 gal. each I would guess. The switch for the guage
just changes the feed to the dash gauge from what tank it's pointed
to. Just follow the wire from each tank up to the selector switch. See
if the positions are right. If the saddle tanks have been dry for a long
time, you may have to drop and clean them. KeithP
