Ok, I've got a 69 F100 with a 240 I6 that absolutely refuses to charge my new battery. Had a guy test the altenator which was fine. Then wired that up and replaced the voltage regulator (which I know was bad). Someone has "gumped" up all the wiring earlier and added all kinds of aux. stuff, but i tried to wire it up as best I could and still will not charge. Is there another regulator or fuse that could be bothering? I see a little fuse box thing attached to the inner rt fender by the starter solenoid, but not sure what that goes to..... Electrical is my Major weakness on vehs, and this is holding up my whole project...... any help would be appreciated...
IDEAS???

re: Battery not charging...
Here's a start

Your gonna need to get a "test light" or a volt meter of some sort.
To test the alt. power the "FLD" terminal on the back of the alt. with
a jumper to 12volts.

re: Battery not charging...
The voltage regulator mounting has to be well grounded for it to work.

"Are you gonna make it all 220?"
"Yeah 220, 221, whatever it takes."
