Does anybody know if Ford installed a front sway bar on any 67-72 F100 or F250?

Not on the F100s...a few of the F250 Camper Specials and F350s had a front swaybar, but it was a style which stretched between the radius arms, instead of being mounted up in front like most other setups you've seen. See the following thread for pics:

Where on the web page do you show the 73-79 front sway bar set up. I got some pictures, but could use some tutoring. I think I remember reading here that it will fit with no problem on a 67-72.
Also got the rear sway bar from that series, but i read here that it's not going to fit because of a wider frame on that later series - right?

Also remember that most headers may not clear the type that fits between the radius arms. I have seen this type on the later trucks too so I'm not sure of the rhyme or reason there.
Also the rear ones from the later trucks had some special indexing dowels on the axle tubes where they clamped on. These appear to be welded to the tube. Since the sway bar would seem to be spring steel, I'm not sure I would go heating and bending one.
While the advantages are unarguable, there will be some sacrifice to the ride quality in certain situations. Case in point; I have to go through a fairly deep rain gutter when taking a certain way home. When I hit it at an angle with a newer pickup with sway bars, I have to really slow down because it will jostle me and the truck side to side. With the old F-250s that have no sway bars I can fly through there on a diagonal and not even slow down, and I barely notice it. Our town has had the streets overlayed multiple times and the gutters remain at the original elevation so any time you turn off the street into a parking lot this happens.
