Warning Light bezel bulb

Post by jdconnel »

So, after much fiddling, I was able to remove the old warning bezel sleeve, and it looks like I'm good to go with my new pieces.
Since its a total pain to remove the bezel, and I hear a lot about them burning the plasic up, I was wondering if anyone has tried an LED light in there?

I don't know the size, but if once would fit, I think that would solve the heat issue. I would hate to go through all this just to see it burn out another lens.

It'll only burn it out if it stays lit up for long amounts of time. If you get the brake system properly balanced by bleeding the system until it recenters then it'll only light at startup up as a test out function.

I don't want to give em a heart-attack. That is what would happen if I answered the door in the buff. Heck it almost scares me to death when I step out of the shower and look in the mirror.~Mancar1~
