Anyone know about interchangable seats for 73 -79's?

All right guys/gals I have found a great buy on some bucket seats out of a 2003 (possibly 2002) Dodge Ram. I know what you are going to say, "Dodge Ram!! what are you thinking man?". No I haven't walked over to the dark side, this is only a temporary solution and for $50.00 for good seats without any scratches or blemishes I really want them until I can afford some Ford seats.

So is it even a plausible situation? I am removing my stock bench seat out of my 77 4x4 150 and would like to slap this one in. Watcha yall think???

I think for $50.00 and a little fabrication those would look great . My vote "Go for it "
