Finding a Short

Post by Jimbo »

What is the best way to find out where I might have a short at? And does any one know where to get a wire harness other than Painless. I heard of one in WA. around Centraila / Chelhalas area. Thanks for any infor you can pass along.

Go out to Airport Auto wrecking (or Eastside) and get a used harness ...

The easiest way is to pull all the fuses, once you identify which fuse has the draw, find out where it goes... then follow the wire.

If you describe the problems more, it would be easier to help you half step the process.
