Gauge make/brand

I have been racking my brain for a hour (along with googling as much as I can) to find the name of the instrument gauge maker with the logo of 2 eyes

I'm not sure if this makes any sense, but a year or so ago I found a website with these gauges. I can't remember anything but the logo.

If you can prove I'm not crazy, please let me know.
