So, after owning any playing with my truck, it wasn't till after I read the owners manual (ordered a week ago) I realized that I had washer fluid and how to use it.
Neat.
So after looking at the washer bag I was wondering if that little plastic bag on the fender wall is original (although it says ford on it, it looks like a modern style/design). But it’s well mounted on 2 little studs.
Also, if it is original, what's the cap look like, and where do I get one? I found a metal object wrapped in tape to act kinda as a plug.
Still amazed I have wiper wash..... cool.

My original solvent bag was dry rotted and missing the cap also.
The original bag had a aluminum flip style cap.
I bought a replacement bag (with cap) from NPD but it's the same one they sell for a 66 mustang and was narrower than the original.
I cut and welded the existing bracket to match the smaller bag instead of buying the narrower bracket from them also.
If you're just looking for the cap, someone here might have an extra for you. I don't think they sell just the cap for the 67 bag.
In 68 or 69 they went to a hard plastic reservoir.

you can also look at LMC, they have them in there as well. Also DC will probably have them too.
