Got most of the 2wd gear box area boxed area cut out and just have to clean it all up. Probably will weld up the holes both sides so its pretty then re-box both sides the same since the 4wd gear box will be up by the core support...

What exactly is going on there? That wasn't plated from the factory correct?

This actually was plated from the factory, the 2wd steering box location. Im converting my 2wd to 4wd so the 4wd location is in the front by the core support. Want both frame rails looking the same from the engine crossmember back (will look cleaner) so will rebox those the same.
