Well my chewing is not going as good as i planned but not as bad as i thought quit for 5 hours and my attitude was not good and wife went and got me chew and and said be quiet :eek: haven't got it licked yet but i haven't qiven up either i think my air compressor she promised if i quit is really calling my name :lol: but thanks for the support everyone and hope to come on soon and tell everyone i'm finished with it but at least i still have my pepsi...lol got have something..Terry

Terry, yeah I know how you feel. Some (alot) of people say the only way is cold turkey (because that's how it worked for them). But try this:
Just try cutting down as much as you can. You may be able to cut down more and more until you can get to the point where you stop buying it.
(then you might be borrowing it) but keep cutting it down. When you try to quit again, understand that you're going to have those tense times when you find yourself fidgeting and acting really strange. That will go on for about 6 months probably until you are finally through with it.
