1972 Steering Column wiring
I recently found a steering column for my 72 sport custom and took the car steering column out of it that someone had put in there.Now the correct column has a couple of wires and a flat 4 prong connection.Any ideas how to wire something back original after someone has"jerry rigged" it.

That plug sounds like the neutral safety switch for a automatic tranny.
