Recovering dash pad
i am thinking of just having my dash pad recovered. i know some of you have done it before and the pics i saw looked good. if i were to recover mine what about the speaker holes? should i poke them in after i get the pad recovered or just leave it blocked. i still have my original speaker and it is in working condition. as well as my original radio someplace. i think it would be more of a just look good type of thing more than it would be for listening to. a different stereo and speakers would probably be used else where somehow. what would you do? leave the speaker holes blocked or punch them out so it looks original?

Remove the dash pad and fill the holes. I love the look! Well I like things clean and neat. If you aren't using the speaker, cover the holes!

re: Recovering dash pad
If you not going to use the original speaker I'd cover it up. I'd think it would be easier and look better than trying to poke the holes for the speaker.
