How difficult is it to put in one of these from an f 6oo with all the round gauges.

Not at all. If you have a '67 it is a direct plug in. If you have '68-72 you'll need to change the plug on your harness, but the colors of wire are the same so just splice in wire for wire. There is one wire that is a different color. If I remember correctly the purple goes to brown. All others are the same. Also, this is very important, if you have idiot lights instead of gauges, your out of luck. You'll need to make big changes in your hareness because it is different than a truck with full gauges.

Actually, the '67-'69 harness plugs are the same. They changed in '70, and then again for the '71-'72 models.
The medium-duty dentside trucks continued to use the bumpside dash, so those are good years to get them from as well as those from the bumpside era.
