Well, someday I hope to acquire a 67-72 F-series. However, finding a 67 would be very rare. So I have some time ago acquired parts to convert a 68-72 into a 67.
I have the parts posted below. Hopefully they are the right parts. One question on the instrument cluster, will that plug into the standard wiring harness, as the plug looks different? And can a wiring harness be modified? And about the panels, they are new vinyl, and they only came in black, so what kind of paint would be used on them?
Here are the picts of what I have right now:

re: Parts for a 67 conversion?
Why are you wanting a 67? Some of the major swap items would be the doors, complete dash, and wiring. There's alot of work in converting a 68-72. You may as well look for a 67, there's plenty of them out there.

re: Parts for a 67 conversion?
I wouldn't sweat the conversion. I can find a 67 for sale most any week. They are very common up here in western wa. As for the instrument cluster, I believe that is actually from an F600. I have a 67, and although the plug on the back is different, the cluster has sweep gauges just like the rest of this body style truck. When your ready to start looking, I can give you a hand.

That panel is from a F-600 but it will work. Looks better in my opinion anyway.

re: Parts for a 67 conversion?
Yes, the F600 panel can be made to work with some minor rewiring. That's actually a very popular upgrade. The door panels you have are not actual panels, those are door panel covers....they get mounted over the top of the steel panels.
To "convert" to a '67, you'll have to replace the doors with '67-only doors and remove the '68-'72 heater controls and weld up the hole, and then drill new holes for the cable controls. The radio hole in the '67 cabs' dash was smaller than the '68-'72, so you'd either have to use the later radio, or just splice in the whole center section of a '67 dash, to include the radio mounting area and the heater control area.
