Steering wheel refinishing ???

Post by kaptnkaos »

Hey guys,

I was checking out the steering wheel repair thread, but could not find anything about what kind of paint to use.
Anyone know anything about that?

Thanks guys,

I haven't driven it yet so I dunno how it's gonna hold up. I haven't used any clear on it yet, but I think I will before I actually reinstall it.

I did one and used "appliance" epoxy. You can get it in any store in the spraycan. But with that stuff youre limited to white, almond (close match to Ford white) and black. Its epoxy so its durable.

Thats not a bad idea. I might try that.
