You have a ground problem. Run a wire from a clean spot on your frame to the light assembly.

there should be 3 wires in the plug (white, brown, green) and one ground wire (black).

re: R/Rear brake, tailight and turn signal will not work
You may want to check out my thread on the signal cam fix/replacement I had the exact same problem of my 67. The power for the brake lights and signals goes through a very weak set of contacts behind the steering wheel. Most of them melt over time and lose connection. Check to make sure you have power going to the brake pedal switch. This is the switch located under the dash where the brake pedal pivots. Next, make sure power come out of the switch when the brake pedal is pushed. If that checks out good then pull the steering wheel off. There are two gold colored rivits facing you on the white plastic signal assembly. The wire on the right should have power to it when the brake pedal is pushed. Look closely for the plastic to be melted slightly. If the wire on the right, under the wheel, is getting power then find the corresponding wire that the brake light power jumps to. I think on the 67 the power jumps from a solid dark green wire over to the orange w/blue strip wire. It makes the transfer by way of the plastic signal cam.
Hope this helps

re: R/Rear brake, tailight and turn signal will not work
Right, that was my first thought too, but Cowboy said his taillight also isn't working and tail lights aren't run through the turn signal assembly. And when he ran a hot from the working side to the dead side and it still didn't work that leaves the ground as the only culprit left. Assuming of course the bulb and socket is good.
