Where did this come from?????
All right guys/gals I didn't do my homework once again and bought a part off ebay that didn't fit in the old truck. Uggh, research upon research and I buy something I know I have never seen but try the "it might work" theory. Any help would be appreciated so I can resale it or use it in some way.

I thought is was the framis. You know, it regulates the widget and the badtapit. When installed properly, that is.

Had the same thing on a 77 parts truck but the AC wasnt factory. It was some aftermarket thing. I bet if you look at your holes in your dash where that and the vents are it's all chewed up where they cut the openings. The factory units had the ac controls built into the heater and the vent holes are stamped.MadMaxetc wrote:Factory Air Controls and Center vents for a 73-79 F-100 through F-350.

You know I saw that same controller in a 77 at a yard and it had the good old blue oval on it. Behind it was a pretty decent hole. Dealer installed option?

Yeah that is what had me confused. Mine also has the beautiful blue oval on it. Owe well, must have been a dealer option when converting over a non-AC truck.
