door/window weatherstrip

Post by import600 »

I just installed the window anti rattle and door weatherstripping, both are great. Only issue now is my door sticks out about one half inch from the body becausr the new door rubber is so meaty. Is there any adjustment for this or should i wait it out? Thanks

have you shut the door with the window cracked open a little? i've never in my life had to slam a ford truck door shut until i put new seals on my 68. they are starting to break in now to where i don't have to slam them shut anymore.
