re: arm rest
The drivers side arm rest I got from Carpenter's last all of six months before it had a tear in it. They wouldn't help me out at all with it.
The chrome on the outside door handles and side of hood emblems faded badly after about 8 months. Same thing' No help. I was really disappointed as I spent around $3k there.
Get NOS or good junk yard parts whenever possible.

That sucks Clint I was more than happy with everything I had bought from them for my crew and everything has held up well.

I put the LMC ones on my truck today. They are not as well made as the original, but they fit right and look better than my old ones. I'm gonna keep the old ones around anyway. The screws are way too long. I reused the old ones.
