A/C Preference??

I have access to three different Under Dash AC units. I have the factory unit, a door to door unit with vents at the ends and center, and a small unit that has two vents in the center but does not replace the factory heater or diminish glove box room. What are the preferences for the units, which ones work better. I am leaning toward the door to door unit but have never had ac in this truck and do not know which one cools better than the others. I'd go with the smaller unit.

I think I'd go with the door to door unit. You'll have a tough time getting air where you want it to be blowing with the small center unit.

I'd go with the small unit, but only because I've got one ready to install and I want to know how it'll perform

I know someone who has the factory one that he will trade me for the door to door one. I just wanted opinions on which one to use so I would know if I should trade or keep the one I have.

the factory units are space hogs. plus passenger kick the grill on the face of them when they get in and out and break the plastic grill. you loose glove box room but you gave a glovee box in the factory unit. if i had a door to door with four vents i would use that. the one that was in my dads old 72 worked good.

Yeah The door to door one was my first choice but I wanted to make sure it was not less effective than factory air.
