Post by my460pjb »

:? Is there a towing kit with an electric brake unit or do I need to hard wire everything in. There is no trailer plug at all in the back of my 69 F-350

i don't know if anyone is selling kits or not but you can probably buy what you need here and there to get it all set up. all you need is the trailer plug some wire and a trailer brake switch if you want trailer brakes.

Trailer brakes are easy to wire. Electric control: hot, ground, brake light switch, and one wire to the plug.

oh so you just need the plug kit then. there is no plug and play wiring kit. the plug kit will have to be hard wired in to your tail light harness.
