Onan Generator search.

Post by Big John »

My 1970 F250 has the special inner fender well and the Onan generator mount. How ever it does not have the key ingredient, The Generator.
Where in the world would a guy begin to look for one.

Thanks - Big John-

I had one once, found it in AZ being used as a portable generator. Used it for a couple years, then found this site and what it actually was. Then sold it to a member here who sold it again....

They come up on E-Pay every now and again, or try Craigslist.

BTW, that inner fender is GOLD! find someone to make copies of it and sell them. there are a few people that would love to have one.

Thanks, I'll begin the search.
Next month I am going to Wyo Tech in Laramie Wyoming to train to be a diesel technician, and right next door is the custom fabrication shop. I'll see if I can get them to make some copys of the inner fender wells.

Thanks -Big John-
