removing extra leaves

Post by greasemonkey060 »

i'm running a 71 f250 cs with the flex-o-matic shackles..

i was wondering, is it safe on removing 1-2 leaves without having too soft of a ride??

not planning on hauling stuff in the near future, i just want to lower it a bit..

thanks!

I did that in an old jeep I owned. Removed the one on the very bottom. The packs ended up flexing to much (over time) and the whole pack broke in half. What a bitch that was to get home. :x I was just glad I was not flying down the freeway.

I would say "NO" Do it the right way and stay safe. :)
