Post by 71Ford100 »

So today 19674x4 and I started taking the crew apart. Well actually all we managed to do was take the bed off but here are a few pics.

Lance,

That's a lot better start than I've gotten!
You doin' a total restore or repaint?

I still say somebody forgot to sell, (or ship) the crewcabs down here to Florida.
I'd sure like one!

I'm goin a frame off resto. I figure may as well put the money into something that will last me another 30 years rather than something new.

Today Allen and I took the seats out, headliners, carpet, ac, and some other misc stuff.

Pics later this week.

He already beat me to it. Hopefully I will get a digital camera for christmas so I don't have to keep using Allen as my picture man. I hope to get that rad support and inner fenders off over christmas break.

Good looking crew. I'm painting mine pretty close to that blue.

I may get some pics tomorrow if I have time or what its sitting like now.

I really don't like that blue for some reason I really like bold bright colors. Would like to see yours when its done.

I went out today and piddled with it some more. I took the heater out, the antenna off, and started to cut the crappy patch panels a PO put in out. Pics prolly this weekend if it isn't too cold.
