Has anyone replaced their York Compressor with a Sanden unit?
I am curious how they mount to the York plate.

Everco A9999. 4 bolts to the york plate, small saddles to mount the Sanden unit. Not a very complicated thing. If i would join the dig it all age, i could get a pic. might be able to this week with the cell phoneuboughtwhat? wrote:Has anyone replaced their York Compressor with a Sanden unit?

re: Sanden Compressor in place of York Compressor
Here is one that a guy did on a 67 Mustang that shows some good photos... http://www.mustangandfords.com/howto/25 ... index.html
Do a Search for "York Compressor to a Sanden adaptor" it will bring up several links to look at...
I think that getting the right bracket for the adjuster for the engine will be the only concern...

Check with Amazon(dot)com
Look at the $200 range Kodak's and Canon's and a 2gb card. (1000 shots)
Once you get the hang of Photoshop, you'll never go back to film unless you're a purist.
..and if that's the case, then I recommend you get a 4x5 view camera!

There is an adaptor plate the lays flat on the york mount and bolts to it. This mount has ears on it for the sanden to bolt to and it does have adjustment to make sure it'll line up. I got mine when I ordered my hurricane AC setup from Old air products. I belive it was like 50 -60 bucks.
