Mystery dash holes

I was wondering if anyone new if these holes in the dash are for some specific part or did they hold a CB at one time? As you can see they are under and to the left side of the heater.

You can also just make out the custom radio plate some funny guy installed.

i have no clue what those are for. i dont think they are a mount for cb, because cb mounts mount to the bottom of the dash.

yes its probably from a cb radio or a tape deck. show us the funny guardian angel sticker.

i know thats all it says because you can see, judging from the heater controls, that the radio ends soon after where the picture is cut off making not much room at all for more words on the sticker.
+it makes perfect sence like that.

is that the black and woodgrain piece? if so i think that sets lower than where those hole look like they are placed.

Those holes are not factory...a previous owner drilled those for who-knows-what.
