Door Locks
Any one try to replace the lock cores on their doors? My key no longer works in the door to lock and unlock. The latch is fine and closes and opens, but I cant turn the key. Any advice?

It sounds like the tumblers went south...
You may need to replace the lock set itself...
those come up quite often on e-bay for a good price.
I'm pretty sure I saw a set on there yesterday.
Just make sure it comes with the key...
I've seen them listed on there without a key before... that's worthless
Replacing the lock set is a pretty easy job...
you just have to take the inside door panel off... then you see the lock set.
There is a big clip that holds it in, Just pull the clip out and the lock set will come out.

re: Door Locks
IMO i would look for the set with a ignition so you have just one key and not several like i got. It gets confusing to find the right key in the dark.

re: Door Locks
Take yours out and take them to a locksmith. They can fix them and re key them to match your ignition key if you decide to get another set. That's what I did.
