I found a very nice and clean 72 F100 Custom at a local salvage yard...has some rust on the doors, but other than that looks great...has the original am radio, 302, 3 speed on the column, and very straight...even has the original hubcaps that look very nice. I am going to see if they will sell the entire vehicle...more to follow on that one.

A friend also got a free 70 F100 from an elderly lady that he did some roofing for...it was her husbands and he passed away 19 years ago...it has been sitting in the barn since then. I am getting the disc brakes off of it.

If you are getting disc brakes off of it, it isn't a 1970 F100. Disc brakes didn't come on the F100 until 73.

Well, I have had some time lately...nothing heavy, just cleaning underneath and little things.

It is enjoyable though and the weather is great for it...72 and humid!

You are correct, I went and saw it for the first time last week and it is a 78.
