Will the air pressure gauge be of any use? What was/is it used for?

the air pressure guage is for air brake pressure. and i think i didnt look at that pic very good. that looks like a slick f600 cluster for 61-66. maybe i'm wrong but it just doesnt look correct for a 67-72. check the top of the cluster the lip is smaller than ours. i was going by what the guy said in the closed auction. if you dont want it i would contact him abut the mistake and try and get out of buying it. because it wont fit in 67-72 trucks. it will only fit in 61-66 trucks.

Do you think that I could use the gauges themselves if transplanted into a housing from a later F600?

I have a gauge housing from a '72 F600 but it is missing the gauges.

Yes, the gauges should work....especially since it appears that those gauges ARE from a later F600 panel already. ;)

Thanks, Keith. How difficult will it be to find a vacuum gauge for the cluster?

I'll trade you one for the tach that's in that E-bay panel. ;)
