is this an OE bench seat for a truck?

havent seen a seat like this one until now it has 3 inverted chrome rectangles for "trim" and is all vinyl. just wondering if it is a factory seat for a truck or is it from a car?

That's not a period-correct OEM seat. Some of our trucks did have seat-back medallions, but not like that.

Considering the red door, green column and steering wheel, floor-shift conversion and this seat, I think it's safe to say that your truck has been heavily modified by a previous owner with whatever he could find..

Looks like a seat out of a late 70 early 80 chevy truck. They used those medallions on there interior.

It did shout chevy to me when I saw it. Look at the mounting area to see if it is fabbed in or bolted right up

yeah i gotta pull back some white shag carpet and the OE rubber mat and check for OE mounting holes

yeah its bolted in a good 3 inches in front of the OE mounting area if your familiar with the factory mounting area where the depression is. my seat is bolted in front of this area

yeah im workin on getting some 67-79 seat brackets so i can atleast put a newer FORD seat in
