SOLD-71 F-350 dually flatbed, 302 / .030 over V-8 with a "baby"C-6, B & M truckshifter, Dana70/4.11 ratio, intermittent wipers, tilt steering, full LED lighting on the flat bed, and no stereo yet (this way I can hear the rattles to diagnose)! SOLD!
Many Ford bumps / one 76' EB / and several dents through the years.
A lot of "oddball" Ford parts collected from working on them for 34 years now!

It was last weekend, too late to crash it. My wife set us up for dinner here.

It was very nice. She put the whole thing together. I didn't know where we were going until we got in the cab to go there. NYC is a great place to visit, if you have the $$$$. I'm happy to be 1 hour away from there.

Steve,

WHat kind of cable did you go with, and where did you buy it? What kind of connectors did you use?

I'm looking to do the same thing, my ground cables all look pretty ratty. I just replaced the main ground cable to my house, I think I have a few feet of bare solid #4 copper left - would this work for an automotive application?

I bought it from my local parts guy. Its #4 with the battery terminal on one end, and flat blade with a hole in the other end. The hole was too small for the bolt that was holding it, so I used a bolt from the alternator bracket. It was a regular off the shelf item. He charged me $15, with cash discount.
