blinker problems on my boss's truck

my boss's bump that im fixing up has some blinker problems.
if you turn the passenger blinker on, then it will blink nice and bright BUT the driver's side will blink also, but not as bright. just dimmly. but i dont want drivers to be confused or anything.

what is going on here?

Check the ground for the circuit. Sounds like a grounding issue.
