Optima Battery

Post by BobbyFord »

Got my new Optima battery yesterday. No more acid seepage dripping out to dissolve my battery box and no more barnacles on my terminals. :D

They're expensive, about $180.

The places around here advertise them for 150 but thats with a core. I got lucky and picked up 3 for a free, I mean fair price

Another to consider is the "Orbital" which is the Exide version of the "optima" , I just sold my Toyota p/u with and 02' vintage Orbital still going strong. I've had one In my BMW for 3 years, just put one in the bump, wow what an improvement. the price is similar as well.
