awesome new seat for the 69, whats it out of?

convincor let me have this seat for getting his new truck running, i love it. its perfect
i didnt see this seat on Keith's seat list.
im curious what it is out of though? the holes line up perfectly. but its not a direct swap, three lug nuts were used for the back as spacers with really long bolts, and two lug nuts on each long bolt up front.

its comfy, its got cup holders, pouches attached to the rear of each side seat and it has a storage compartment behind the cup holders.

the center of the folddown has a emblem that says "Kustom Fit"
that mean anything?
