so i decided to get rid of the cracked stained and just plain make my truck look like he|| and it looks alot better and it was easier then i thought/was told didnt even skin 1 knuckle or cut myself and i have big ole country boy hands.
i also opted to remove the gauge cluster lens cause mine was all foggy couldnt even read the odometer now its like brand new but i wont leave it without one as dust will gunk up the workings of the gauges
LMC has the lens but they want somethin like 20 bucks for it. What kind of compound should I use to clean mine?! It has 40 years of wiping dust off that have really eaten away at it, hard to see at night.

Man, how many jars of paste is that kid up to now?! You might try some 'cleaner' wax and then follow it up with polishing wax. Eastwood actually make a plastic lens polish for headlights but I'm not sure of the cost. I wonder if silver tarnish remover or similar metal polish would work? Aluminum wheel polish from an auto parts store? Anyone?
